The chancel. Currently (July 2005), the church is closed to all visitors, due to the movements of the foundations. Even when I visited, the most precarious feeling place to be standing was in the chancel. Some of the cracks in the roof were looking rather monstrous. Despite feeling a little unsafe though, Mundon St Mary just draws you in further and further.
