Back to St Mary Magdalene's Church, Great Burstead

Image Description

This Kemp & Co. window depicts the crucifixion scene in three panels. It dated from 1928. Parts of the tracery itself, though, date from the 14th century. The window was given by Mrs Goodchild of Stock, whose husband had farmed locally. Until this window was installed, the east window had been blocked.
