To the memory of the Revd Frederick Nolan, L.L.D., F.R.S. & co. 42 years vicar of this parish. He died September 16th 1861 in the 85th year of his age at Geraldstown House in the County of Meath, Ireland. He was a true Christian. A man of distinguished learning. An affectionate husband and a sincere friend. My spirit hath rejoiced in God my saviour. His mortal remains are interred in the family vault at Navan. There Remaineth a Rest.
